Welcome to Productfolio – we’re glad you’ve joined the Beta program! The following guide will help you started and provide the resources for asking questions and sharing ideas.

The Beta program will last for 3 months and each month we’ll send a survey to hear how it’s going and we may reach out to learn more, from time to time. At the end of the 3 months, we’ll send a 1 year free coupon code, to those who completed all 3 monthly surveys, as a way to say thank you!

Getting Started

Step 1. Create Account

Create an account here to get started. You’ll need to verify your email address and there will be a couple setup questions after. Once you’re done, you’ll have a 14 day trial status.

Step 2. Upgrade

Next, click on the ‘Upgrade’ button in the upper-right corner and select from the options that appear. You can upgrade to either a Pro or a Team account — we recommend selecting ‘Team’, the full-featured option, but either will work.

Step 3. Apply Promo Code

Once you’ve selected a plan type to upgrade to, you’ll be taken to the Purchase page. You do not need to enter any payment information here though — you can just enter the promo code for the Beta program, which is: beta90

Once the code has been correct applied, you’ll see there is a 100% discount applied.

Click ‘Proceed’ to finish and you’ll see a confirmation to complete the flow.

That’s it! You’re all setup with a free 90-day trial.

Share Your Ideas!

Productfolio provides an ideas portal for collecting feedback on ideas and suggesting new ideas. You’ll see that you have one in your own Productfolio account — we’re using this same feature to gather ideas and feedback on our own product!

You can access the portal here. You’ll also see it linked from the footer of the website.

Terms of Participation

By participating in the Beta program, you agree that you hold no claim over the ideas, feedback, and suggestions shared with Productfolio, and expect no additional compensation beyond the 90 days of free use during the Beta program, and 1 year of free access for one user, upon completion of the Beta program.
