OLD: Share Roadmap Link

Support for for this feature depends on your subscription plan.

The roadmap provides the ability to share a link to the roadmap with anyone you want, even if they are not registered users of your account. This can be useful for sharing the roadmap with external customers or investors.

To share a link to your roadmap, follow these steps:

  1. Click the ‘More Actions’ icon button in the upper-right corner (ellipse icon)
  2. Click ‘Sharable Link’ from the dropdown that appears.
  3. Click ‘Copy Link’ to copy the link.
  4. Paste this link into an email or other form of communication to share.

Using Saved Filters

You can also apply saved filtered views of the roadmap, to the link you share. This makes it possible to share only a filtered subset of the information on your roadmap, that may be relevant to the external audience.

To do so, select a saved view from the dropdown on the sharing modal, in process described above. This will update the link that is shared, to ensure the filter is applied when it is shared.
