What is the Free Trial?
You can Business plan, for free, for 14 days. You'll be limited to a single workspace and a single editor so its easy to downgrade your account at the end of the trial, without losing data, but the other features are unlocked.
Do I need a Credit Card to Signup?
No credit card is required for a free plan or to try the 14-day trial. You'll only need your credit card when upgrade to a paid Business subscription.
Do You Offer Any Discounts?
We offer a 33% discount for purchasing an annual plan. We also offer a limited but free Starter plan which is great for personal use.
Can I keep my Data If I Stop Using Productfolio?
Of course! Even if you downgrade and lose access to certain features, you can always download an export of your data.
What Support Do you Provide?
All users have account to our help documents and video tutorials. We also offer email support for paid Business plans, and optional onboarding consultation (inquire for details.
Is My Data Secure?
Our cloud data servers and services on AWS are compliant with ISO 27001 and CSA STAR standards. All user passwords are hashed. All communication between our servers and the user browser are encrypted using industry standard HTTPS.
