Plan Your Releases
Release planning in Productfolio is a seamless and efficient option, as part of our end-to-end product discovery and planning workflow. You can do sprint planning and tracking entirely inside of Productfolio’s integrated platform. Or, sync your releases and requirements to your team’s preferred delivery management system (ex Jira or Linear).
Backlog Management
Productfolio automatically populates the product backlog with requirements derived from feature initiatives defined within the platform. As Features/initiatives are created, the corresponding requirements (user stories) are seamlessly populated into the backlog. This ensures that all planned work is captured and organized within the backlog, ready for release prioritization and allocation.
Create Releases
With all your requirements (eg stories) in the backlog, easily create releases (sprints) and drag requirements into your releases for painless release planning. You can manage the entire sprint planning process from within Productfolio, or sync your release/requirements to your team’s favorite delivery planning tool (ex Jira or Linear).
Release Activity
And once you’re ready to dig into a given release, check out the Release Activity tab for a simple swimlane that allows you to see the progress of items in the release/spring, ad easily update status by dragging items to another status lane (ex from To Do → Doing → Done).
