Create a Focus Area
Part of the Strategy that you define from the home screen of your workspace, Focus Areas describe a thematic area of work for a product team. These are also sometimes referred to as ‘Themes’, ‘Product Areas’ and ‘Problem Spaces’. Or, if you’ve setup your workspace as a portfolio, these could be ‘Products’ by name. The concept however, is still the same though — these are groupings of thematically related Features that form the basis of a team.
To create a Focus Areas (or Product), follow these steps:
- Navigate to the home screen for your workspace.
- Click the ‘+’ icon in the upper-right corner of the Focus Areas/Products section.
- Complete the form in the modal that appears and click ‘Save’.
