Overview

Vocabulary varies from team to team. The structures that we all use are quite similar however. To enable Productfolio fit your team, you can set the term users for a few of the key objects in our model. For example, what we call ‘Requirements’ by default can be configured to be called Items, Stories, or Tasks

Below is an example of the settings from the Account > Settings page.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Go to Account > Settings and scroll town to the Terminology section.
  2. Select your preferred terminology
  3. Press ‘Save’ to complete.

Subscription Plans

Productfolio offers 3 subscription plans to fit your needs.

  • Starter plan is “free forever” and intended for personal use or startups that are not ready for a paid subscription.
  • Pro plan unlocks many of the core features such as scoring and multiple products.
  • Team plan is best suited to mid-to-large sized needs that have complex organizational needs such as controlling access and permissions and more than 5 products.
