And that’s where the feedback portal comes in!

Get Feedback

With the Stakeholder Portal, you can surface select items from your ideas list and them available for Stakeholders and even customers to review, in the portal. They can give simple like/love/hate feedback with a click, as well as provide more details reasons why they feel this way about the idea. This can be a great way to elicit and automatically catalog the feedback so you have it for easy reference within your workflow.

Suggestions

The Feedback portal also allows to for stakeholders and customers to submit their own ideas. These show up in your inbox for you to process – you can dismiss ideas to archive if they are duplicative or don’t make sense. You can also keep ideas and add tagging and categorization to them so they’re easy to find. And if its a really great idea, add it back into the feedback portal for others to view and comment on.
